Lord Collin loved to have Mary's portrait taken and each portrait protrayed a beautiful young
woman was happy in her life she had accepted.
Mary was like the garden itself. The garden once it was spring it was full of life andl color.
Mary was the same way. She had always loved the garden that her late uncle Archie gave her way back when in 1910.
She would look at the window and say, " Winter last so long and spring and summer don't last
long enough."
"Spring will come soon enough but it isn't warm enough to go out in the garden. Dickon and
Will were hired to take of the garden in the spring, summer, and autumn months." Collin said.
"Collin Lily's Garden is mine. I would tend to her like I tend to our children." Mary said
Collin looked at Mary and said, " I don't know what I would do if I lost you."
"You will not lose me. We have a wonderful life together and this is Lily's First Christmas."
Mary said.
"Yes I will enjoy seeing tear open one or two of her presents." Collin said, " I didn't know
what to get you you seem only to be happy with the garden and you are not happy with things that money can buy."
"You are very sweet but I have everything I need right here at Misselthwaite Manor." Mary
said.
"There must be something you want I can give to you." Collin asks
"You have given to me those things that mean the most, love, happiness, and wonderful life
together with our daughter." Mary said.
Collin smiles at Mary and he knows Mary is somewhat magical. Collin always knew this.
Yes Mary must have seem magical to Collin. The magic was the love they shared for each other.
"We are together." Mary said, "Thirteen years ago."
Thirteen years they were ten years old, and now they were 24 years old, and they would have
their first family Christmas together. Just Collin, Lily, and her.
